General Data Protection Regulation Privacy Notices
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union. GDPR became active on the 25th May 2018.
We take the protection of all data very seriously and we have implemented policies and procedures that conform to GDPR that keep any data attained secure and only to retain such data for the minimum time required.
Below you will see three policies, please click on the box to read the full policy that concerns you. You will also see a right of access box. A data subject has the right of access to any personal data which may have been collected concerning him or her, and to exercise that right easily. Within the Right of Access page you will see a form you must fully complete to request your data. Our Data Protection Officer will only respond to the request if the answers you supply exactly match the data we hold. If it does not we will notify you that you have failed data protection and we are unable to proceed with your request.
